仪式既是民间社会建构和维持各种关系的重要手段,也是国家建构和维系社会团结和共同体凝聚力的手段。族群性的实现,也同样离不开各种各样的仪式。正是通过一系列仪式,人们表达和维持社会认同,不仅使群体联系得以世代相传,而且也使个人与群体以及群体之间的关系得以随着具体的社会环境而调整。从保安族在民间和国家两个层面的各种仪式里的民族表达中,可以透视到当代中国少数民族的某种社会心理处境。

The Expression of Ethnic Identity in Rituals and Ceremonies: A Case Study of the Baoan Nationality

Ritual is an important means not only for constructing a civil society and maintaining different relations but also for building a country and maintaining social stability and unity.Ethnicity also relies on various rituals.It is through rituals that the people express and maintain social identity and group connection and adjust the relations between the individuals and the ethnic group and between different groups according to the changing social situations.The ethnic expression of the Baoan nationality is embodied in their different rituals at the ethnic and national levels,which can reveal a socio-psychology of Chinese minorities in contemporary times.
