养老型乡村旅游社区可持续发展研究

为应对不断发展的人口老龄化问题,我国已初步建立起以居家养老为基础、以社区养老为依托、以机构养老为补充的养老体系,而且出现了以乡村旅游为载体的集旅游、健康、养老、养生等产业融合发展的蓬勃迹象。对长三角地区具有乡村旅游养老经历的城镇老年人的调查研究表明,在影响城镇老年人选择养老空间的诸多因素中,养老型乡村社区的基础配套设施建设情况是首要影响因素,社区自然与人文社会环境状况是基础性影响因素,社区旅游资源与休闲旅游产品是重要吸引性因素,老年人家庭生活条件是前提性因素,地方政策引导以及理念普及是催化性因素。因此,为了实现养老型乡村旅游社区的健康持续发展,应该着力加强乡村养老旅游社区基础配套设施建设,持续改善社区的自然与人文社会环境状况,不断丰富并完善养老旅游产品,持续创新体制机制以营造更加适宜老年人康养生活需要的宜居休闲氛围。

Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism-oriented Community for the Aged

In order to solve the problem of aging population,China has initially established a home-based old-age care system supported by community-based care and institutional care.There are signs of a booming integration of tourism,health care,old-age care and health preservation industries with rural tourism as the carrier.The investigation of the urban elderly with some experience of rural tourism in the Yangtze River Delta shows that among the many factors that affect their choice of old-age care services,the infrastructure construction of the rural community for the aged is the primary factor,the natural and cultural environment of the community is a key factor,and the community-based tourism resources and leisure-oriented tourism products are important factors.The leading factor is the family condition of the elderly,and the catalytic factors are the local policy guidance and the popularization of the relevant concepts.Therefore,in order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the rural tourism-oriented community for the aged,we should focus on strengthening the infrastructure construction of the rural tourism-oriented community for the aged,continuously improve the natural and socio-cultural environment of the community,constantly enrich and improve the tourism products for the aged,and continuously innovate the system and mechanism so as to create a livable and leisurely atmosphere more suitable for the needs of the elderly.
