政校园协同创新模式下民办园教师专业发展的实践探索

摘    要:政校园协同创新模式作为一种新型的育人模式对于促进民办园教师的专业发展有着独特的价值意蕴。本文基于我国民办幼儿园教师专业发展的具体实际,重新审慎了当前政校园合作存在的弊端,提出了政校园协同创新的三维实践路径:构建政校园协同工作室,凝集多元共生单元;组建“对口支教”活动,深化协同合作模式;搭建网络资源贡献平台,实现资源互通互享。

An Exploration into the Professional Development of Teachers in Private Kindergartens under the Cooperative Innovation Model of Government,College and Private Kindergarten

Abstract:As a new type of education model,the collaborative innovation model of government,college and private kindergarten has unique value implications for the professional development of teachers in private kindergartens.Based on the specific reality of the professional development of private kindergarten teachers in China,this paper re-prudentially considers the existing shortcomings of current the cooperation of government,college and private kindergarten,and proposes a three-dimensional practice path for collaborative innovation of the three:establishing studios based on the cooperation of government,college and private kindergarten to concentrate multiple symbiotic units;organizing“counterpart support to education”activities to deepen the mode of collaboration and cooperation;building a network resource contribution platform to achieve exchange and mutual sharing of resources.
