西部农村中学语文素质教育存在的问题及对策

西部农村教育的发展既得益于乡土文化的浑厚，又受制于乡土文化的凝滞。现代文明对乡土文化的冲击造成农村本土居民的思想彷徨：“起跑线”比拼上的无力感和子女教育的紧迫感。经济狂潮下，乡村语文教师既满怀知识分子的壮志，不甘平庸，又在现实面前低下了头，这些都形成了西部农村语文教育发展的内部阻碍。教育资金投入难以到位，安于现状的维稳心态使得部分教师不思进取，抑制教育革新，这些都给西部农村语文素质教育的发展造成了影响。语文素质教育旨在以健康的方式提高学生的语文素养，塑造学生的健康人格。

The Education Problems And Countermeasures of Western Rural Middle School in China

The development of the western rural education got benefit from the local vigorous culture,which subjected to local culture. Modern civilization has the impact on the local culture. Under the economic boom,the countryside teachers usually has the problems of career ambitions,and unwillingness of mediocre. All of these problems have great influence on the development of the Chinese education in the countryside of west China. The local governmental education department is not efficiently on making the education reform,while education funding is difficult for western schools to get,and some teachers are lack of productive and professional education reform innovation. All these have caused the external pressure of the development of Chinese quality education in the western rural areas. This paper aims to improve Chinese education accomplishment in a healthy way.
