公共安全服务中的政府响应机制研究--对某沿海城市一般紧急事件报警情况的调查

一般紧急事件报警服务是政府提供的公共安全服务的主要表现形式.问卷调查发现,公众对政府的处警满意程度、信任程度和报警的方便程度是影响其报警率的主要因素.因此,政府应采取有力措施,改进现有报警制度和服务,以提高公众报警率.

Study on Governmental Response Mechanism in Public Security Service

Common Emergency Calling, Handling & Dispatching Servi ce is one of the major public security services provided by municipal governments. The feedback from the public to the questionnaire on this service finds that th e Initiative Rate of the Common Emergency Calling Service depends on such key fa ctors as how successfully the municipal government deals with such callings, the credibility of this service and the convenience in using this service. This pap er tries to analyze and explore ways to improve the using rate of the Common Eme rgency Calling Service as a reference for the municipal government to put in pla ce a more efficient public service response mechanism.
