| 摘 要： | 城市廉租住房制度是解决低收入家庭住房困难的主要途径,实行货币补贴和实物配租等方式相结合,主要通过发放货币补贴,增强低收入家庭在市场上承租住房的能力。但在实际操作中,由于一些地区小户型房源不足,又引发了人们对廉租住房保障方式的诸多异议。分析我国目前不同住房保障方式的利弊,因地制宜地选择廉租房的保障方式。
