农民收入增长:影响因素与对策

我国农民收入与以前相比有较大幅度的增长,收入结构也发生了较大变化,但同时存在农民收入增长缓慢,城乡农民收入差距、地区间农民收入差距、农民之间的收入差距拉大等问题。这既有宏观经济方面的原因,也有现实的和制度的原因。当前,必须通过强化政府服务农业意识、调整农业结构、精简乡镇机构、发展个体私营经济、搞活农产品流通、加快城镇化进程、加快农业产业化中龙头企业的培育、增加农村基础设施的投入、推进农村金融改革和创新等方式促进农民增收。
