摘    要:国外很多国家的双语教育具有"沉浸式"教育的特点,开始时间早,一般从小学阶段开始,且具有较完备的师资力量和理论体系。目前,我国开展的双语教学,在教育目的、社会语言环境及教学条件等方面与国外的双语教育存在着差异。因此,我们在开展双语教学时要牢固树立系统工程的理念,树立科学发展观,建立符合国情的双语教学体系基本框架。

Abstract:The bilingual education in many foreign countries has the characteristic of so called 'Immersion Model Education',and the bilingual education program is usually started from the primary school stage.They have not only abundant bilingual teachers,but also systematic theory about bilingual education.At present,the bilingual teaching program is widely adopted in china,but there exist some difference on the aspects of bilingual teaching aim and language environment as well as teaching conditions between china and abroad.So,when we take the bilingual teaching program in china,we should bear in mind above difference and build up the viewpoint of scientific development,try our best to establish the basic framework of bilingual teaching that fits the national conditions.
