| 摘 要： | 立法作为世界各国一项重要的公共政策活动,在其过程中贯彻社会性别意识,对于实现"性别正义"和男女两性的平等意义重大。以我国的立法为视角,探讨社会性别意识在我国当前立法中的体现以及存在的问题,贯彻社会性别意识的角度,完善我国相关立法。

| Abstract: | In order to realize gender justice and gender equality,it is of great importance for the legislation,as a significant activity of public policy in the countries of all over the world,to implement gender consciousness in its process.This paper discusses the present status and existing problems of gender consciousness in the lawmaking of our country.From the perspective of implementing gender consciousness,the author puts forward some measures and suggestions so as to consummate our legislation. |
