| 摘 要： | 在政府管理中,存在形形色色的公共信息资源私有化现象,公共信息资源管理领域侵吞、封锁以及扭曲信息资源等行为对社会产生严重危害,从公共信息资源经济学属性划分的复杂性角度看,私有化问题产生的原因在于现有公共信息资源管理体制的单一与方法手段的僵化。

| Abstract: | Starting with various phenomena analyses of public information resources privatization,this article expounds the serious social consequences of embezzling,blocking and warping information resources.And moreover,it also deduces the reasons of public information resources privatization which are unitary management system and rigid administration method by examining the matter from the complex nature of the economic differentiate point of views, concluding ways to deal with it. |
