| 摘 要： | 有秩序的市场经济既是法治经济,同时也是道德经济.西方经济学家在论述市场经济效率的同时,无不强调市场经济制度建设的重要性,无不强调法律和道德对经济与社会秩序的巨大作用.中国的市场经济制度建设呼唤法治、道德和秩序.
