中国社会转型过程中社区意涵之探讨

转型时期中国城市社区不是一个自然形成的中性的地域社会,而是一个国家建构出来的有着明确边界的政治空间,是为了解决单位制解体后城市社会整合与社会控制问题的治理单元。社区也不是一个想象的温馨美好的社会生活共同体,而是一个充满阶层分化、区隔、内部缺乏有机联系的蜂巢状生活空间。

On Essence of Community in the Process of Chinese Social Transformation

Based on the introduction of the change of community concept in different social contexts,this paper aims at discussing the unique meanings and significances of Chinese urban community in the background of social transformation and community building campaign.As shown in this paper,Chinese urban community is not a natural or neutral local society,but a political space with definite boundary regulated by the state,which functions as a governance unit to solve the problems of urban social integration and social control after the collapse of Danwei system.Neither is it an imagined warm and harmony community of social life,but a honeycomb-like space with class differentiations,segmentations and lack of organic connections between different parts.
