社会转型期城市社区建设的理论探讨

社区建设就是社会生活共同体建设，其本质内涵是满足或服务于居民的生活需求；社区建设一般是由社会转型而引起，在当前中国社会也有其特殊原因从社会层面看，社会转型和体制转轨将使政府、单位和家庭的有关或部分生活职能剥离或外移给社区。从个人层面看，城市的无业人口、流动人口及老年人口暂时或日趋增多将给社区建设提出愈来愈多且愈来愈高的要求；社会性、地域性和生活性是社区建设的基本特征，也是社区建设与政权建设等其他组织建设相区别的重要标志。

Community building is the building of common living space, the essence of which is to meet the needs of community residents.Community build ing is usually the result of social transformation.However,there are particular reasons for it in China:In the perspective of society,because of the transformat ion of social,political and economic,etc,responsibilities concerning daily lives previously shouldered by government,organizations and families are removed or t aken over by communities,in the perspective of individuals,requirements on commu nity building become increasingly strict as a result of the rising of urban unem ployment rates,population on the more,and senior citizens.Fundamentals of commun ity building are the localization and day to day life which arc also distinctive in making community building form the enforcement sovereignty and various organ izations.
