| 摘 要： | 我国农村专业合作组织的发展对解决农民增收问题、建设社会主义新农村都具有十分重要的意义.近年来,农村专业合作组织的发展出现一些新特点,但是也存在制约其持续健康发展的因素.文章详细分析了我国建立农村专业合作组织的必要性和存在的问题,继而提出相应的解决思路和对策.

| Abstract: | Developing the countryside specialized cooperative organization is of great significance to increase peasant incomes and construct socialism new countryside.In recent years,the countryside specialized cooperative organization appeared some new characteristics,but there were some factors which restricted its healthy and sustainable development.This article analyses the necessity of establishing the countryside specialized cooperative organization and its existed problems,and then proposes the corresponding solutions and countermeasures. |
