| 摘 要： | 文章将企业生命周期曲线与经济周期、创新周期、产品生命周期、经营者生命周期等诸多周期曲线融为一体,综合建立多重性企业生命周期钟型曲线并进行分析。在钟型曲线上有4个临界点,分别称之为目标模糊边界、战略模糊边界、方向模糊边界和出路模糊边界。对这些模糊边界的管理事关企业组织的生死存亡。

| Abstract: | The article tries to syncretize enterprise＇s Life cycle with economic cycle and innovation cycle and products cycle and enterpriser life cycle to build multisynthetic cycle curvy as bell- curvy. There are four crucial sphs on the multisynthetic cycle curvy which named respectively goal- blurred border and outlet- blurred border. It is very important for enterprise to administrate the blurred border. |
