长江三角洲金融合作实践探讨

目前,长江三角洲金融业实现了一定程度的融合,但是一体化深度不够、范围不广、体系不强。具体体现在货币市场一体化进程范围有限、资本市场运作层次不高、监管体制和信息系统建设均存在问题,其原因主要是"银政壁垒"和城市之间的利益分配问题。通过吸取其他区域合作尤其是欧洲区域金融合作的经验,以及分析长江三角洲区域金融发展的特色和目标,文章提出了长三角金融合作的途径:要从市场、观念、制度和机制诸方面进行创新,突破金融资源分割格局,建立统一金融市场;进一步明确分工,确立共赢的思维;建立共同遵守的区域公约和法规以及充分发挥民间组织的推动作用。

The Practice of the Finance Cooperation of the Yangzi River Delta

Regional finance cooperation has become more and more important in the zone of the Yangzi river delta with economic development.Presently the financial industry in the Yangzi river delta has got certain mergence,however,the mergence is lack of further development.The causes are mainly the barrier among the flow of the financial resources and the division between the cities in the delta.The paper points out that the finance cooperation should be innovated from market,conception,system and mechanism by absorbing the experience of the cooperation of other regions especially the finance cooperation of Europe,and analyzing the traits and objects of the finance cooperation.In order to make further development,financial resources should be merged to establish consolidate financial market,the division of labor between cities should be more specific,common laws in the region should be established and the informal organization should be more active.
