| 摘 要： | 文章从人力资源开发的角度分析了中部地区人力资源丰富但开发严重不足的现状,同时从培育人才、留住人才并充分挖掘现有人才等各方面分析了中部地区人力资源开发的具体路径,认为只有充分有效地开发和利用好中部地区的人力资源,才会使中部地区崛起逐渐变为现实.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the human resources situation of the middle area that there is a lot of valuable human resources but the development of it is seriously insufficient.At the same thime,this ariticle analyzes concrete way of human resources development from several aspects,such as cultivating the talented porson,detaining the talented person and excavating existing talented person and so on.Only fully effectively develops and uses the middle area human resources,can the realization of the rising of the middle area gradually become the reality. |
