| 摘 要： | 约翰·密尔多数暴政思想是其自由主义思想的重要组成部分。密尔通过对时代特征的考察，以平等和自由为逻辑出发点，认为多数暴政在于阶级立法和社会控制，并提出在个人自由与国家和社会控制之间进行合理调整来防止多数暴政，为近代多数暴政思想的探讨作了初步总结。

| Abstract: | John Mill＇s majority tyranny thought is an important constituent of his liberalism thought. Through inspecting characteristic of times ,taking the equality and freedom as the logical starting point, Mill thought that the majority tyranny lied in the legislation of social class and society control, and proposed that the reasonable adjustment between the individual freedom and the country and the society control could prevent majority tyranny. He had made the preliminary summary for exploration of majority tyranny thought in modern history. |
