| Abstract: | This paper describes the collective goal and partial goals of 8 aspects for the specialty of human resource of Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautic Industry Management that being characteristic specialty of Henan Province. In order to being formed vivid characteristic of specialty and cultivating innovation talents, this paper designs detailed paths and methods for the 8 aspects that supporting collective goal. |
