The Drawing Lessons of Chinese from the Grand Jury System of American Criminal Procedure

This article introduces reform course of the grand jury system of American deriving from England,and the eight hearing procedures which the grand jury should follow; Finally the contents contrast the two different legal system —the grand jury system and people supervisor system in China and West,and expect that obstacles encountered in the reform and development of the people supervisor system can be properly addressed through learning from each other in chinese and western legal system.
