Comparison on the Social Identity of Bilingual and Monolingual

The effect of language choice in the social identity is presented based on the explanation of all major views about the social identity theory.Meanwhile,the comparison is carried out on their different performances between bilinguals in the different cultures and monolinguals in the native culture,especially on how to mix and distinguish each other from language use so as to reach their desired social identity goals.At last,it is pointed out that the above analysis has brought influence and consideration to second language acquisition.
