| 摘 要： | 因子分析法相对其它评价方法而言，它具有客观性和非共线性。选取了投资环境的8大类29个评价指标，对我国的大部分(31个)省级区域进行分析和评价，并根据评价结果提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Compared with other evaluating methods,factor analysis is more objective and nonlinear.In terms of the eight categories of 29 evaluating indicators,an analysis is made of the investment climate in China's 31 provincial regions and some policy-making suggestions are given accordingly. |
