| 摘 要： | 校办企业是转型过程中的特定产物，存在着整体结构性问题。在对校办企业某高校宾馆改制成果总结和肯定的基础上，从公司治理结构的角度对其发展中存在的问题展开了分析，并提出了进行校办企业治理结构改革和优化应予考虑的几点要求。

| Abstract: | As a special product of the process of socio-economic transformation, school-run enterprises find problems with their overall structure. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing and confirming the achievements made in the transformation of a college hotel, an analysis is made of the problems in its development in terms of corporate governance structure. Then, some requirements are made for consideration when reforming and optimizing the governance structure of school-run enterprises. |
