陕西八所高校全人素质教育调研评估

摘    要:为探索和评估陕西高校“全人素质教育”,借鉴香港全人素质发展模型,编制“高校全人素质教育量表”,依此抽取陕西八所高校的在校大学生进行分组调研,并对数据做SPSS统计分析和AMOS结构建模。结果发现:对抽样大学生全人素质贡献度最大的依次是基础/专业教育、大学英语教育、政治理论教育、大学体育教育、人文选修课教育、科技选修课教育、道德修养课教育和计算机课教育。由此不仅说明了专业和基础类教育是培养全人素质的主要渠道,英语、德育及体育是培养全人素质的重要方面,人文与科技公选课是培养全人素质的必要补充,而且也为高校全人教育以及促进人才全面发展提供了实证参数和理论依据。

Abstract:In order to explore and evaluate "the allscale quality education" in Shaanxi Universities, the development model of Hong Kang for allscale quality education is utilized in the compilation of "The Measur ing Table of Allscale Quality Education in Universities". Then undergraduate students in Shaanxi eight uni versities are sampled for group investigations, and the data from the investigation are analyzed by SPSS static method and are used in building AMOS structure model. The results show that the sequence of contribution de gree about allscale quality education is orderly basic or professional education, college English education, po litical theory education, college physical education, humane optional course, science and technological select ed course education, morality cultivation education and computer course. This not only demonstrates that pro fessional and basic education is the main channel of training allscale quality, that English, moral education and physical education are the important aspect for training allscale quality, and that humanity, science and technological optional courses are the necessary compensation for training allscale quality, but also provides empirical references and theory basis for the allscale quality education of universities and the improvement of talents'allaround development.
