摘    要:目的:探究大学生学习动机激发学习动力的预测模型。方法:采用“学习动机和动力量表”抽样大学生13 154人,采用因子分析和逻辑回归分析拟合模型。结果:认知动机和专业动机激发学习动力,但情感动机阻滞学习动力,生存和个性动机不影响学习动力;男生学习动机强于女生,女生学习动力强于男生;文科生认知动机和专业动机高于理工科生,故驱使其深造;理科生情感动机高于文科生和工科生,故驱使其交往;工科生生存动机高于文科生和理科生,故驱使其就业。结论:强认知动机和强专业动机与弱情感动机,是激发大学生学习动力的优势动机,据此模型拟采取相应措施,对大学生的学习动机和动力实施教育教学管理。

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to study the prediction model of exciting learning power by means of learning motivation among students. The methods used involve the application of the table "learning motivation and learning power", the sampling of 13154 university students, the analysis of matching model by means of factor analysis and logical regression. It is discovered that cognitive motivation and major motivation can encourage learning power, but emotional motivation can stop the learning power, and the survival and personality motivation can not affect learning power. It is also presented that the motivation of male students is stronger than that of female students while the learning power of female students is larger than that of male students. At the same time, it is found that the cognitive and major motivations of liberal art students are higher than those of science and engineering students, which make them do further study; the emotional motivation of science students is stronger than that of liberal art and engineering students, thus driving them to communicate with others; and the survival motivation of engineering students is higher than that of liberal art and science students, which force them to get employment. At last, the conclusion is drawn up that strong cognitive and major motivation and weak emotional motivation are the superior motivations of exciting learning power among students. And according to this model, it is necessary to take some corresponding methods in implementing education and teaching management on the learning motivations and power of students.
