| Abstract: | Abstract: In view of the disadvantages of China's present pricing mechanism for pipeline gas, the sug-gestion in conformity to international practice is made that the price for pipeline gas should be determined byclarifying the service charge to be collected annually by pipeline transport enterprises and the users' rate tobe fixed in two parts. |
