| 摘 要： | 传统观念上，对编辑的知识结构的认识存在两种误区。本针对这一问题，阐述了专业素养对学报编辑的选题策划能力、鉴审能力、编辑加工能力及作导向能力等方面的影响，具体分析、论证了学报编辑具备专业素养的必要性及其对提高学报学术质量的重要意义。
