成教学生的心理压力和心理障碍分析

摘    要:了解了成教学生心理压力和心理障碍及其关系。采用SCL-90测验成教新生321人。统计分析了其心理健康资料,结果显示:53.4%的学生有重生活压力,43.9%的学生有重学习压力,生活压力主要分布于农村和低收入家庭的学生;约6%~9%的学生存在强迫症、人际关系敏感、抑郁症、敌对等心理障碍;学生心理障碍对其心理压力有回归函数关系。通过学生心理自助、学校心理健康教育及心理咨询,可缓解其心理压力并解除其心理障碍。

Abstract:To understand the relationship between mental stress and mental disorder of adult students,321 freshmen students were tested by SCI-90 and their mental samples were analyzed by SPSS12.0 with frequencies and regression. Results showed that 53.4% of the subjects had heavy stress of life, which was mainly found with the students from rural and low-income families, and 43.9% had heavy stress of study. About 6.9% of the subjects had such mental disorder symptoms as obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility. There was a regression function relationship between these symptoms and mental stress. The adult students' mental stress can be relieved and their mental disorder can be removed through mental self-service on the part of students and mental health education and consultation services on the part of the university.
