西部地区县域金融资金流失问题研究——以陕西省蓝田县为例

县域金融资金流失是我国经济发展中普遍存在的金融现象。其原因虽多种多样,但金融政策和金融体制方面的原因是最根本的原因。为了支持区域经济和城乡经济协调发展,有必要利用"看得见的手"采取反向调节,才能实现金融资金向县域地区的回流。因此,当务之急是构建促进区域经济、县域经济协调发展的金融政策支持体系。具体内容包括实施有差别的区域货币政策,充分发挥政策性金融的政策功能,大力强化银行政策,加强经济立法,强化领导,公平分配政策资源等。
