万名大学生心理普查检测与心理障碍因子分析——以2005年西安石油大学全校学生心理普查结果为例

摘    要:目的:分析和评估西安石油大学受普查学生的心理健康状况和分布特点。方法:采用“大学生人格问卷”(UPI)检测大一到大四学生13154人,采用SPSS分析处理数据。结果:全校学生的心理障碍检出率为21.8%,其中心理障碍的易感群体为女生、贫困生、农村生和多子女家庭的学生,以履大二和大三学生;全校学生UPI心理症状提取出12项因子:自我困惑感、情绪波动性、思维缺乏感、个性依赖感、躯体化症状、人际挫折感、社交性回避、强迫性行为、神经性紧张、消化性不适、生活危机感、性心理敏感;这些因子不同程度地分布于各年级和不同学科专业学生之中。结论:全校大多数学生心理健康状况良好,对约20%有心理障碍的学生。拟开展相应心理健康教育和心理咨询辅导,加强学生教育管理工作,帮助大学生健康成长和全面成才。

Abstract:In order to analyze and appraise the state and distributive characteristics of mental health of students involved in survey in Xi'an Shiyou University,13154 undergraduates from four grades are tested by University Personality Invention(UPI) while the data of the survey are dealt with by means of SPSS.The results show that the undergraduates with mental barriers in our university account for 21,8%,and those liable to mental barriers are female undergraduates,undergraduates fram low-income families, undergraduates from the countryside,from the family with muli-children,and undergraduates in Grade Two and Grade Three.Meanwhile.And the results also demonstrate that 12 special factors drawn from the psychological symptoms of our undergraduates include: self-trouble,mood undulation,trouble in thinking,uncomfortableness in body,disappointment in personal relation,avoidance in social intercourse,obsession,nervousness,bad digestion,sense of life crisis,sensitivity in sex psychology;at the same time,that those special factors exist to some extent in different grades and different majors of undergraduates.At last,it is concluded that most of undergraduates in our university are in good mental health,but 20% undergraduates with mental barriers need special corresponding psychological heath education and psychological reference instruction;Meanwhile,it is necessary to strengthen and improve our educational management so as to help and support our undergraduates' health growing and development.
