| 摘 要： | 从20世纪70年代起，跨国并购已经成为企业对外直接投资的重要途径，并越来越引起人们的广泛关注。运用大量实例，从企业并购的动因谈起，针对我国加入WTO所面临的机遇与挑战，对我国企业跨国并购存在的问题及竞争战略进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Since the 1970s, transnational merger has become an important form of overseas direct investment and has drawn increasing attention. In this paper, beginning with a discussion of the driving forces for corporation merger, and drawing on many examples, an analysis is made of the problems and strategies for Chinese enterprises' competition in transnational merger after China's entry into the WTO. |
