| 摘 要： | 采用新制度经济学的理论工具和分析方法，探析了行业协会的组织边界及其功能，在对我国行业协会的生发模式、路径依赖以及发展现状进行了具体分析后，提出了进一步促进我国行业协会发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Using theoretical tools and analyzing methods of neo-institutional economics, an explorative discussion is made of the boundary and functions of trades association organizations. By analyzing the generating model, accessible support, and present condition for the development of trades associations in China, some suggestions are given to further promote the development of trades associations in China. |
