| 摘 要： | 探讨了信息化作用下城市就业与城市产业结构之间的关系，从城市产业结构转变论述了信息化对就业产生的影响，认为产业转化会对城市就业产生正反两方面的作用。以西安市为例，分析了信息化过程中不同产业部门就业情况，并结合实际提出现阶段西安市信息化作用下就业转变中存在的问题。

| Abstract: | After the discussion on the relationship between city employment and industrial structure under the function of informatization, and the explanation about the influence of informatization on city employment, it is thought that industrial transformation has positive and negative effect on city employment. Then Xi＇an is taken as an example to analyze employment situation of different industrial departments in the process of informatization. Finally, some problems now existing in the employment transformation under the function of informatizaton in Xi＇an are put forward according to the practical situation. |
