摘    要:从宏观、中观、微观三个层次阐述建国以来三大历史阶段(计划经济体制时期、市场经济体制改革初期、市场经济体制改革深化时期)与油田企业相关的制度变革的进程,以国家宏观经济体制改革、石油工业的管理体制变迁和油田企业的制度改革作为线索,分析比较由制度变迁所引起的不同时期油田企业文化的特征,揭示油田企业文化演进与制度变迁之间的内在联系,从中得出了对于油田企业文化建设的启示。

Abstract:On macroscopic, intermediate, and microscopic levels respectively, a review is made of the process of institutional evolution related to China's oilfield enterprises at the three historic stages (i.e. the stage of planned economy, the primary stage of market-oriented economic reform, and the stage of deepened market-oriented economic reform) since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Taking the connection between the national reform of macroscopic economic system, the evolution of the management system in China's oil industry, and the institutional reform in oilfield enterprises as a guideline, a comparative analysis is made of the characteristics of corporate culture in China's oilfield enterprises at different stages of institutional evolution, revealing the intrinsic connection between the evolution of oilfields' corporate culture and the institutional changes and the implications for developing oilfields' corporate culture.
