人力资本对陕西经济增长贡献的实证研究

人力资本在经济增长过程中有着举足轻重的作用。利用C-D生产函数、借鉴Lucas人力资本模型,以1978-2006年的经济增长数据为背景,建立了陕西省经济增长的实证分析模型。结果表明,陕西省在1978-2006年间,人力资本贡献份额仅为18.36%,远小于同期物质资本投入的贡献（58.3%）,但人力资本因为其外溢作用对陕西省经济增长的贡献率将大于计算结果,且人力资本的贡献受全要素生产率的制约。最后,给出了提升陕西人力资本贡献度的一些建议。

An Empirical Study on the Contribution of Human Capital to the Economic Growth in Shaanxi Province

Human capital takes an important role in the process of economic growth. In this paper, an empirical analysis model of Shaanxi economic growth has been set up by means of CD production function, Lucas human capital model and the data of economic growth during 1978 to 2006. The result indicates that the contribution rate of human capital is 18.36% in Shaanxi during 1978 to 2006, which is much lower than the contribution of material capital investment in the corresponding period （58.3 % ）. But it is also shown that the contribution rate of human capital to Shaanxi economic growth will greater than the result of practical calculation because of its overflow effect, and that its contribution will be restricted by the production rate of all factors. Finally it is suggested how to promote the contribution rate of human capital in Shaanxi province.
