| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制改革的深化和完善,在日趋激烈的国际国内竞争环境中,如何提高管理水平以更好地应对市场竞争,已成为当前企业管理亟待解决的问题。而解决这一问题的有效途径之一就是实施全面预算管理。全面预算管理是发达国家成功企业多年积累的经验之一,作为一种有效的管理手段,值得我们学习和借鉴。
