论全面小康社会城乡收入公平的根本实现途径

农民增收趋缓及城乡收入差别的不合理拉大 ,已经对社会公平和效率的实现 ,对社会安定及扩大内需等产生了一定的负面影响 ,成为全面建设小康社会的一道极其重要的待解难题。破解这道难题 ,必须高屋建瓴 ,站在消除城乡隔离、对立、分离和不公平格局的高度 ,统筹城乡经济发展 ,繁荣农村经济 ,加快城镇化进程。

Statement for Ultimate Way for Income Impartiality between Urban and Countryside in a Well-off Society in an All-round Way

The fact that farmer income increases slowly and income difference between urban and countryside aggravates unreasonably has negative influences over the realization of society fairness and efficiency,society stability and enlarging domestic need. It is also an important and difficult problem to build a well-off society in an all-round way. In the long run,we should make urban and countryside develop at the same time, prosper countryside economy and acclerate the process of urbanization in order to solve this problem: eliminate the barriers between urban and countryside and improve the state of unfairness.
