| 摘 要： | DavidHarris ,AndrewHarrison ,JohnHeaton等著名的语言测试专家认为信度、效度和可行性是任何语言测试都不可缺少的三大要素 ,其中前两者最为重要 ,而且是密不可分的。一个好的高质量的测试必须同时具有效度和信度。如果只有效度而没有信度 ,效度就会失去意义。同样只有信度的测试是无法达到预期目的和作用的

| Abstract: | Such language testing experts as David Harris Andrew Harrison and John Heaton hold the idea that reliability,effectiveness and feasibility are anre indispensable factors in any language testing .Inparticular the first two factors are most important and inseparable to each other,i. e. a good test of high quality must be both effective and reliable .Without reliability,effectiveness would be of no significance.Likewise,a test only with reliability will not achieve the expected purpose and effoct. |
