对高校互动式师德建设机制的探讨

由于市场经济体制和社会价值主体的变化,要求价值主体和价值取向多元化,建立起适应其发展的师德建设机制,这是时代发展的迫切要求。但在加强高校教师师德修养、提高师德水平过程中,实现师德建设机制的创新是最重要、最核心的问题,也是师德建设中最难的问题。本文认为,建立互动式师德建设机制是符合教育自身规律和道德建设规律的,应根据师德认识、内涵认识、实践和评价等互动式师德建设机制的主要内容,努力建构互动式师德建设的机制。

On Interactive Construction Mechanism of Teacher's Virtue in Colleges and Universities

The change of market economic system and subjects of social value require the diversification of value subject and value orientations.Accordingly,it is urgent to construct proper mechanism of teacher's virtue construction.In the process of intensifying and promoting teacher's virtue of colleges and universities,the innovation of mechanism of teacher's virtue construction is the principal and core and also the difficult problem.This paper concludes that the interactive mechanism of teacher's virtue construction is in conformity with the educational law and moral construction law.And the interactive construction mechanism of teacher's virtue shall be constructed according to the cognizance of teacher's virtue and intension,practice and assessment,etc.
