西北地区农业结构与资源环境协调发展水平分析

通过构建农业结构一资源环境复合系统指标体系，对西北地区农业结构效益与资源环境质量作了综合评价；引入农业结构与资源环境协调度及协调发展度模型，对二者协调状况进行定量分析。结果表明：陕西和甘肃均属于轻度失调衰退类结构损益型区域，青海属于初级协调发展类结构滞后型区域，宁夏属于严重失调衰退类环境损益型区域，新疆属于初级协调发展类环境滞后型区域。

Research on Level of Coordinated Development between Agricultural Structure and Resource Environment in North-west China

Based on building agricultural structure and resource environment index system of Northwest China,this paper made a comprehensive evaluation about agricultural structure efficiency and resource environment quality, then it made a quantitative analysis on the coordinated situation between agricultural structure and resource environment through introducing the coordinated degree model. The results showed that Shaanxi and Gansu provinces are in the mild maladjustment with the degenerated agricultural structure; Qinghai province belongs to a region with the elementary coordinated development but the agricultural structure is lagged; Ningxia Huizu Autonomous Region is in the serious maladjustment with the degenerated environment; and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is in the elementary coordinated with the lagged environment.
