Analysis and Enlightenment of Patent Technology Information on Global Agricultural Machinery and Equipment

Using the professional tool Innography,this paper analyzes the patent information from the perspectives of patent licensing annual trends,patent layout,competition among major innovation institutions,technical research hot spots,and core patent mining.The data shows that U.S.,Germany,and France have strong technical strength in the field of agricultural machinery and equipment.They have their own unique core patents and a wide strategic layouts around the world.Although China is the largest source of technology in this field,its ownership of core patents and overseas patent applications are less satisfactory.At present,the highlight of research and development of agricultural machinery and equipment technology is IPC categories,such as A01 C7,A01 B49 and A01 B33.Large multinational corporations such as KUHN、DEERE and CNH have mounted the top of this field.Research institutes like China Agricultural University and Northeast Agricultural University are technically strong,but far from the champion.
