农业全要素生产率影响因素的社会嵌入性研究

摘    要:农业发展的根本出路在于提升全要素生产率,并扩大其对农业增长的贡献.采用Malquist指数法测算了1998-2015年各省的农业全要素生产率,通过多层线性模型实证分析了其在社会嵌入性视角下的影响因素.结果表明:各省农业全要素生产率的总体差异中,有36.46%是由其社会嵌入性的不同所造成的;农业结构系数、城市化进程、受灾率、农村人力资本和物流关系嵌入对农业全要素生产率有直接影响,认知关系嵌入、资金量关系嵌入、结构关系嵌入、文化关系嵌入、政治关系嵌入有间接影响,间接影响可通过调节农业结构系数、城市化进程和农村人力资本与农业全要素生产率之间的关系实现.因此,提高农业全要素生产率要同时考虑基本影响因素和社会嵌入因素.

Abstract:The fundamental way out for agricultural development is to improve total factor productivity and to expand its contribution to agricultural growth. The Malquist index method was used to calculate the agricultural total factor productivity of each province from 1998 to 2015. The multilevel linear model was used to empirically analyze its influencing factors from the perspective of social embeddedness. The results show that among the overall differences in agricultural total factor productivity of each province,36.46% is caused by the difference in its social embeddedness; agricultural structural coefficient,urbanization process,disaster rate,rural human capital,and logistics relationship embedding have direct impacts on agricultural total factor productivity,yet cognitive relationship embedding,capital quantity embedding,structural relationship embedding,cultural relationship embedding,and political relationship embedding have indirect effects,which can be achieved by adjusting the relationship between agricultural structural coefficients,urbanization processes,and rural human capital and agricultural total factor productivity. Therefore,to improve the total factor productivity of agriculture,it is necessary to consider both the basic influencing factors and social embedded factors.
