浅论海峡两岸专利保护差异及其对台商投资的影响

随着台商在大陆投资的逐年扩大，与知识产权相关的纠纷也逐年增多。本文分析了海峡两岸在专利权审批程序和时间、专利权保护范围、专利纠纷处理的差异，提出了台商投资在专利保护方面的几个注意事项。

Different Patent Protection and Its Influence on Taiwan Trader＇s Investment on Both Sides of Taiwan Strait

With the increase of investment from Taiwan traders, the dispute related to intellectual property rights also increases year by year. This paper analyzed the differences of examination and approval procedures and time of patent right, the domain of patent protection and the resolution to patent dispute between Taiwan and the Mainland. This paper also put forward some points about how to protect the patent from Taiwan traders.
