以人为本保障农民工权益

由于历史与现实的诸多原因,农民工权益被损害现象十分突出,实际上暴露了在该问题上法律失效、政府不作为,未能坚持以人为本这一最基本的保障原则。本文认为保障农民工权益是落实科学发展观以及实现社会主义和谐社会的题中应有之义,农民工权益保障应以人为本,并于文末提出保障农民工权益的几点对策。

To Be People-Oriented and Safeguard the Rights and Interests of Migrant Rural Workers

Due to a good many historical and practical reasons,phenomena of damaging rights and interests of migrant rural workers become very prominent,which actually exposed on the issue of legal failures,the government's nonfeasance,and failure to adhere to the fundamental protection principle of people-oriented.The author thinks that it is very essential to fulfil both scientific development concept and socialistic harmonious society for safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant rural workers.To protect the rights and interests of migrant rural workers should be people-oriented.At the end of the paper,some suggestions are put forward for safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant rural workers.
