试论大学制度建设与大学校长的领导力

随着高等教育规模的扩大和国内、国际竞争的加剧，如何突破发展瓶颈，不断实现机制和体制的创新，促进大学的可持续发展，大学校长领导力无疑起着一个非常重要的作用。笔者认为制度建设是目前社会形势下大学校长领导力得以充分发挥的着力点，是提升其领导力的有效途径，大学校长应做良好大学制度的完善者、建设者和监护者。
