发展农村专业合作经济组织推进社会主义新农村建设

建设社会主义新农村是党的十六届五中全会提出的重大历史任务,必须充分发挥农民的主体作用。农村专业合作经济组织最直接、最有效的作用,就是把一家一户的农民组织起来,提高组织化程度,形成有效的建设力量,促进生产的发展。同时,在推动乡风文明、改变村容村貌、健全民主管理制度等方面也发挥着积极有效的作用。该文结合新农村建设的要求和当前农村发展的现实,用"五个迫切需要、六个有利于"阐述了农村专业合作经济组织的重要性,用"五个始终坚持、三个正确把握"阐明了农村专业合作经济组织的发展方向,用"四个重点围绕、五个切实加强"提出了农村专业合作经济组织的工作重点及措施。

Develop Rural Professional Organization of Cooperative Economy and Put Forward the Construction of New Socialist Countryside
