创新型人才对传统法学教育模式的拷问

工业化时代催生的教育模式促进了教育产业化的发展，但现代科技的成就也导致了过分推崇教育模式，形成教育的模式化问题，我国法学教育模式的僵化即一直为人们所诟病。在后现代主义的洗涤之下，我们有必要反思、重构和超越传统的教育模式理论，坚持法学教育的无模式化、多元主义改革、面向实践、面向未来，并在高目标、高起点和高要求的前提下正确处理司法考试与法学教育关系。

The pattern of legal education in China was continuously denounced by the people. Under the post- modernism washing, it is essential for us to reconsider and reconstruct the theory of the traditional educational pattern, and persisted reformation of the legal education to the non- pattern, facing the practice and the future. The relationship between judicial test and legal education should be correctly handled on the premise of higher goal, higher beginning and higher demand.
