中国农业全要素生产率影响因素分析

运用Malmquist指数法测算了1983--2006年间的农业全要素生产率，多数年份全要素生产率都大于1，我国农业正朝着可持续方向发展。对影响因素的分析表明，全要素生产率的财政支农弹性及出口弹性均为正值，即对全要素生产率的提高具有积极作用，但促进作用相对较小，城镇化的作用方向与预期的相反，主要因农村较高素质劳动力的外流及对剩余务农人员培训相对滞后所致。

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Total Factor Productivity of Agriculture
