高等教育评估模式的分析与建构——博弈论的视角

政府、高校和市场（社会）是高等教育评估的三个主体。在不同的高等教育管理体制下，这三个主体发挥作用的方式和程度的不同构成了不同的高等教育评估模式。运用博弈理论，分别从完全信息博弈、不完全信息博弈与合作博弈的视角，分析了国家控制型、市场导向型及合作型高等教育评估模式的具体实践特征。在反思我国现行高等教育评估模式及其实践困境的基础上，提出了建构我国高等教育评估模式与完善评估制度的相关策略。
