| 摘 要： | 在当代中国社会流动进程中，返乡创业农民工是一个独特的群体。要真正理解农民工的返乡创业，就要寻找这一行动的社会结构因素。从结构化理论视角来看农民工返乡创业，是为了理解返乡创业这一现象的深层次因素。文章探讨了结构化理论的内涵，并用这一理论对农民工返乡创业行动进行了解读，然后提出支持这一群体创业、促进这一群体实现再结构化的具体对策。
